The PP plastic pallet environment can adapt to high temperatures. The plastic pallet made of PE material is suitable for use in a low-temperature environment. This is also the advantage of PP and PE plastic pallets, which can be selected according to actual needs when choosing. Recycled plastics can be made of various materials, and these waste plastics can be processed into various types of pallets through a plastic pallet production line. Plastic bottles, plastic toys, plastic cables, plastic bags, etc . are all recycled materials processed into plastic pallets.
Polyethylene has good impact resistance, good cold resistance, good oil resistance, water absorption, and is small in size, low in water permeability, and good in electrical insulation. Polypropylene has excellent mechanical properties, its strength and elasticity are higher than HDPE, good bending fatigue resistance, and good heat resistance. The chemical stability is very good, in addition to being corroded by concentrated sulfuric acid, it is relatively stable to other chemical reagents. Polypropylene has excellent high-frequency insulation properties and hardly absorbs water. Most of the materials currently used are polyethylene materials. Because polyethylene has strong impact resistance, low-temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, etc, it is mostly used in storage departments.
Plastic pallets are processed by injection molding, blow molding, and other processes, adding some performance-enhancing additives. Compared with wooden pallets, plastic pallets have better integrity, sanitation, and cleanliness, and are easy to clean and disinfect. In to use, it has the characteristics of lightness and no mildew. Its service life is 5-7 times that of wooden pallets. In addition, plastic pallets meet environmental protection requirements, and waste pallet materials can be recycled.
