Plastic pallets occupy a pivotal position in the warehousing and logistics industry. In order to ensure that plastic pallets can be used safely for a long time, the following points should be noted:
1. The packaging combination code is placed on a plastic pallet, with proper strapping and wrapping. It is convenient for mechanized loading, unloading, and transportation, so as to meet the requirements of loading, unloading, transportation, and storage.
2. Do not throw the plastic pallet from a high place to avoid damage to the pallet due to violent impact.
3. Don't throw the goods in the plastic pallet from a high place. Put the goods on the pallet reasonably. Place the goods evenly, do not stack them together, or stack them on one side. Plastic pallets that carry heavy objects should be placed on flat ground or surfaces.
4. When using plastic pallets for stacking, the load-bearing range of the bottom pallet should be considered before proper stacking.
5. When working with forklifts or manual hydraulic trucks, consider whether the size of the fork stab is suitable for the use of this plastic pallet, and avoid improper size and damage to the plastic pallet. The fork spurs should be as close as possible to the outside of the fork hole of the pallet. The fork spurs should all enter the pallet and the angle can be changed after the pallet is steadily lifted. The spurs cannot hit the side of the pallet to avoid damage to the pallet due to impact.
6. When racking on pallets, shelf-type pallets must be used. The pallets should be placed on the shelf beams stably. The length of the pallets should be greater than the outer diameter of the shelf beams by more than 50mm. The load capacity depends on the shelf structure. Overloading is strictly prohibited.
7. When carrying corrosive items, pay attention to the packaging and loading of items to avoid pollution to the pallet.
8. When using a plastic pallet, try not to place it in a damp and dark place, so as not to affect the service life of the plastic pallet.
