Hollow to blow molding method. 


The hollow blow molding method is similar to the blow molding method of hollow products. Because the product is larger and double-sided, larger extrudes, mold clamping machines, and molds are required. The hollow molding machine manufacturer has developed a super large hollow molding machine that can professionally produce high-strength blow-molded pallets at high speed. It is produced from HMWHDPE high-strength plastics. The molding speed is fast, the product quality is good, and it has high strength and high rigidity. Characteristic, it also has a very long service life.

Generally, the service life of blow-molded pallets can reach 5 to 10 years, and it can work stably in an environment of - 40 to 40°C. The bearing capacity of this kind of plastic pallet product can reach more than 3t, and the bending strength has also reached a relatively high level. This kind of product is the preferred pallet for some long-life, high-strength use environments, and its price is higher than other plastic pallets. Its high-cost performance is due to its long service life. This method saves petroleum resources and logistics costs with a substantial reduction in the price of molding equipment.


 Extrusion molding method. 


Plastic pallets produced by extrusion molding are all assembled. Using extrude, machine head, and other equipment, respectively extrude the slats used as the upper and lower panels, and then make the I-shaped connecting plate with double wings and the slats as the connection support for assembly. It is made with natural plant fibers and discarded plastics as the main raw materials, making the plastic pallet not only woody, but also water-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and insect-resistant. Among several molding methods, this method has the lowest cost of production equipment, molds, and materials, and the best performance-to-price ratio.
