As an indispensable part of the warehousing and logistics industry, plastic pallets play an important role. If the plastic pallet is used in accordance with the correct usage specifications, it can not only give full play to its own role, but also prolong its service life and reduce the procurement cost of plastic pallets.
When using plastic pallets, you should pay attention to the following points:
1. The plastic pallet should be placed lightly to avoid uneven force and damage when landing.
2. When placing goods on plastic pallets, they should be placed evenly to avoid side deflection during lifting and handling.
3. When using handling equipment, you should consider whether the size of the cargo difference is suitable for the use of this plastic pallet, so as to avoid the inappropriate size and damage to the plastic pallet.
4. When stacking, the load-bearing capacity of the bottom pallet should be considered.

The correct use of plastic pallets should properly bundle and wrap the packaged goods on the pallet to facilitate mechanical loading, unloading and transportation, so as to meet the requirements of loading, unloading, transportation and storage. The load mass of each pallet should be less than or equal to 2 tons. In order to ensure the safety during transportation, the height of the center of gravity of the loaded goods should not exceed two-thirds of the pallet width.
According to the type of goods, the quality of the goods on the pallet and the size of the pallet, the way of stacking the goods on the pallet is reasonably determined. The utilization rate of the bearing surface area of the pallet should generally not be less than 80%.
The stacking requirements for palletized goods are as follows:
1. Single-layer or multi-layer staggered stacking of rigid rectangular goods such as wooden, paper and metal containers, and stretch or shrink film packaging;

2. Paper or fibrous goods are stacked in a single layer and multi-layered, and are cross-sealed with strapping tapes.
3. Cylindrical goods such as sealed metal containers are stacked in single or multi-layer stacks, and wooden cargo covers are reinforced.
4. Single-layer or multi-layer staggered stacking of paper products and textile goods that need moisture-proof, waterproof and other protection, stretch or shrink film packaging to increase corner support, cargo cover and partitions and other reinforcement structures;
5. One-way or multi-layer stacking of fragile goods, adding wooden support clapboard structure
6. Metal bottle-type cylindrical containers or goods are stacked vertically in a single layer, and the reinforcement structure of the cargo frame and slats is added;
7. Multi-layer staggered compaction and stacking of bag goods.
