Plastic raw materials are mixed with other impurities or mixed with inappropriate or excessive solvents and other additives.

Plastic pallet process: The cavity core needs to have a suitable draft angle. When the core is difficult to demold, it is necessary to increase the cavity temperature and shorten the cooling time. When the cavity is difficult to remove, the cavity temperature should be lowered and the cooling time should be extended. If the mold temperature is too high, demolding will become difficult. If the mold temperature is too low, the plastic will cool in advance, and the pallet will have poor adhesion. The temperature of the barrel and nozzle is too low and should be increased. If the plastic material used is easily degradable, the temperature of the cylinder and nozzle is required to be higher. Plastic pallet product design: product design is too thin or space hole. Products with sharp corners, gaps or parts with different thicknesses are prone to stress cracking. Regarding plastic pallet equipment: the ejector device is inclined or unbalanced, the top drying cross-sectional area is small or the distribution is incorrect. The plasticizing capacity of the machine is too small, the plastic is not completely plasticized in the barrel, the plasticizing capacity of the machine is too large, the heating and cutting time of the plastic in the barrel is too long, the plastic is easy to age, and the product is fragile. If there are dead corners or other things inside the processed cylinder, it is easy to make the plastic product brittle.
