(1) Some ingredients are mixed with impurity or adulterated with inappropriate or excessive solvents.
(2) Some plastic,such as ABS,if touch moisture can catalytic and cracking.
(3) Plastic regenerates times too many or has too much recycled material are all cause parts to be brittle.
(4)Plastic quality are not good.Such as,Contaminated with other plastics and contamination by undesirable additives.
Plastic pallet technology
(1)Raise the temperature of the barrel and nozzle.
(2)Reduce the screw pre - plastic back pressure and speed.And plastic degradation due to shear overheating.
(3)Mold temperature is too high, it is difficult to demoulding; The mold temperature is too low and the plastic cools prematurely.
(4) The core of the cavity shall have an appropriate draft Angle. When the core is difficult to demould, the cavity temperature should be increased and the cooling time should be shortened. Cavity is difficult to take off, to reduce the cavity temperature, extend the cooling time.
(5) Try to use less metal insert, such as polystyrene, such as brittle plastic with large specific heat and cold, but also can not join insert injection.
