So what are the precautions for using flat plastic pallets for forklifts?
1. During the use of plastic pallets by forklifts, the distance between the forks should be as wide as possible to the outer edge of the fork inlet of the pallet, and the depth of the fork should be greater than 2/3 of the depth of the entire pallet.
2. When all the forks of the forklift are fully extended into the flat plastic pallet, the forklift needs to maintain a stable and balanced speed, especially during the operation, when changing the light angle of the plastic pallet, it must be stable, and the driving speed must be Maintain an average and stable speed, and during this transportation process, do not hit the side of the flat plastic pallet, avoid light damage to the plastic pallet, and the collapse of the goods due to damage to the flat plastic pallet or improper use of operating force.
3. When the pallet is placed on the shelf, the plastic pallet should be kept stable on the shelf beam, and the length of the pallet should be more than 50mm larger than the outer diameter of the shelf beam.
4. After using the plastic tray, try not to put it in a place exposed to the sun. It is best to put the flat plastic tray in a clean and dry place. In this way, the aging of the flat plastic pallet can be avoided and the service life of the light plastic pallet can be extended.
Another: plastic pallets are used in low temperature environments, and practice has proved that modified polypropylene can be fully competent. Modified polypropylene is a high-temperature incomplete polymerization product of polyethylene and polypropylene. It has both the toughness of polyethylene, the low temperature resistance of polypropylene, the stable physical properties, and the wear resistance and drop resistance. Large chemical enterprises, low temperature cold storage and other environments are generally recommended to use this material. In the ±40°C cold storage or high-intensity use environment, the plastic tray produced by low-pressure high-density polyethylene is suitable for use. The plastic tray produced from pure raw materials can withstand the low temperature of minus 30°C. If the pallet needs to be put on the shelf in the cold storage, it is best to use a double-sided pallet.
