In addition, the blow molding pallet products are novel and unique in shape, reasonable in structure design, grooves on the surface, good slip resistance, and no leftovers. And its molding process is fast and sufficient; the internal quality and performance of the product are in full and stability. In particular, the blow molding pallet has many characteristics such as aging resistance, corrosion resistance, moisture resistance, oil resistance, and easy cleaning and disinfection. They are now more and more widely used in the fresh cold chain and food industry.
When making an injection pallet, the plastic raw material is melted into a liquid, and then injected into the corresponding film cavity. Once the molten plastic enters the mold and cools, a workpiece with the same shape as the film cavity is obtained. This process is usually done by an injection molding machine. The injection-molded pallet is hard in texture, stable in chemical properties, non-toxic and tasteless, and will not cause adverse effects on the product. After installing the steel pipe, the bearing capacity of the injection pallet can be greatly improved. Injection-molded pallets can be placed on racks and transported on pallets, but the reason for their large-scale use is their high production costs.
Blister pallet refers to the pallet processed by the blister process, which is a product processed by a rapidly developing plastic production method. Some plastic pallets are formed in this process. This method mainly heats the flat plastic hard sheet material to make it soft and then uses vacuum adsorption to cool the mold surface. The cost is lower than the injection molding process, and it is more suitable for small batch production. A pair of molds can be used for products of different materials and thicknesses. The blister process has great restrictions on the shape of the pallet, and the dimensional accuracy of the processed plastic pallet products is worse than that of injection molding. Mainly used in the electronics industry, toy industry, stationery industry, cosmetics industry, health care products industry, and other small-volume irregular products, mostly disposable products.
At present, the main plastic pallets in the pallet rental markets are injection-molded pallets and blow-molded pallets, among which 6 runners injection-molded pallets, 3 runners injection-molded pallet's and nine-feet blow-molded pallet's are more common.
