For example, in the case of a 1208 nine-foot blow-molded pallet of 7.5KG, its dynamic load is 0.7 tons and its static load is 2 tons; in the case of 10KG, its dynamic load is 1.5 tons and its static load is 4 tons.

Pallets of different weights have very obvious load-bearing gaps. But you can't just look at the weight of the pallet to determine its load-bearing quality. The raw materials of the pallets are PP and PE. If the plastic pallet manufacturers use pure new materials to produce pallets, the load-bearing capacity of the pallets will be better than that of the recycled materials. If an unqualified manufacturer adds additives to the pallet to increase the weight, the load-bearing capacity will become more checked. For the company, it will undoubtedly increase the replacement cost. Therefore, the thicker the plastic pallet, the better, based on the same proportion of raw materials.
