Avoid exposing plastic pallets to the sun to avoid aging of the plastic and shorten the service life. It is forbidden to throw goods on the plastic pallet from a height. Reasonably determine how the goods are stacked on plastic pallets. The goods are evenly placed, not concentrated in the stack, but eccentrically stacked. It is strictly forbidden to throw plastic pallet from high or low to high to avoid the pallets from cracking due to severe impact. The distance between the fork tines of the hydraulic forklift and the forklift should extend to the outer edge of the pallet inlet, and the depth of the forklift should be greater than 2/3 of the depth of the entire plastic pallet. In actual operation, you should keep moving up and down at a constant speed to avoid sudden braking, which may damage the pallet and cause the goods to collapse. The tines do not affect the sides of the pallet, so as to avoid breaking and cracking the industrial plastic pallets.

When stacking pallets, the goods should be laid flat so that the bottom of the plastic pallet bears uniform stress to avoid excessive deformation of the plastic pallet. When the shelf is on a plastic pallet, the heavy duty plastic pallet should be stably placed on the shelf beam, and the length of the plastic pallet should be greater than the outer diameter of the shelf beam by 50 mm.
