Using high-impact-strength high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic raw materials, the plastic pallets made by one-time molding technology are in good condition under low-temperature use in winter, especially in cold storage.
Plastic pallets are mostly made of HDPE/PP, and the performance of HDPE is higher than that of PP at low temperatures. But at high temperatures, the performance of PP is better than HDPE.

1. Handle with care
In winter, the climate is generally cold and dry. In this regard, when we take plastic pallets, we will find that the toughness of plastic pallets has decreased and it is easy to become brittle. Therefore, you should handle it with care during operation, and you can't throw it casually or use gravity to replay it. Furthermore, dropping the goods on the plastic pallet from a high place is strictly forbidden.
2. Pay attention to the temperature
When some customers customize plastic pallets, they may be used in low-temperature environments or cold storage. When it is unavoidable to use plastic pallets in low-temperature environments, it should be noted that plastic pallets made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) must be selected, because polyethylene has much better low-temperature resistance than polypropylene, and can usually Withstand minus 40 ℃ or so.
3. Avoid sun exposure
The warehouse used by each enterprise is different, so some precautions need to be taken for the warehouse. For example: For some warehouses with strong light transmission, the doors and windows should be properly protected from light, especially in winter when the ultraviolet rays are strong. Of course, the plastic pallet cannot be exposed to the open air and exposed to wind, and sun.
4. Avoid high-altitude parabolic
It is strictly forbidden to throw goods from high places into plastic pallets, and pallets carrying heavy objects should be placed on flat ground or the surface of things. At the same time, it is strictly forbidden to drop the plastic pallet from a high place to avoid broken and cracked pallets due to violent impact.
5. Normal temperature environment preset
Plastic pallets are used in low-temperature environments in winter and need to be placed in a room-temperature environment for a short time to allow the toughness of the plastic to recover a little. In this way, the goods in the plastic basket and basket will be more secure during transportation.
6. Place the goods evenly
When using plastic pallets, please pay attention to placing the goods evenly, do not pile them up centrally or eccentrically, and do not exceed the load-bearing limit of the plastic pallets.
