Now the special plastic pallets for three-dimensional warehouses are more intelligent, automated, formalized, and standardized. It can be used with various types of machinery, reducing labor and the damage rate of goods. First, determine the specifications of the plastic pallet.
Three-dimensional warehouses often use 3 runners plastic pallets and Full Perimeter plastic pallets, with standard sizes of 1200*1000mm and 1200*1200mm. The thickness of the three-dimensional warehouse shelf pallet is thicker than that of the ordinary pallet, which can reach 160-175mm.
Standard-sized pallets have better adaptability and are smoother and less prone to bumps during storage, turnover, and transportation. At the same time, standard-size pallets can reduce purchasing costs. If it is a special size pallet, it needs to be customized. Shelves, stackers, shuttles, assembly lines, and forklifts all need to be adapted to it. Later maintenance costs and replacement costs will undoubtedly increase.
Second, determine the required load requirements.
It is necessary to know that the dynamic load, static load, and shelf load-bearing capacity of the pallet are different. When we choose the three-dimensional warehouse pallet, we need to consider the shelf load preferably.
Compared with ordinary pallets, the three-dimensional warehouse shelf pallet has a higher load-bearing capacity. Generally speaking, the load-bearing power is about half a ton higher. The three-dimensional warehouse shelf pallet generally increases the load capacity by adding steel pipes according to the weight of the goods.

Third, make sure that the curvature of the pallet meets the standard.
When the three-dimensional library pallet is used on the shelf, it is necessary to carry out the bending test. When stacking a certain weight of goods on the surface of the pallet, the curvature should be less than 5%, so that the pallet will not deform during actual use.
Fourth, the pallet is required to have strong tolerance.
The three-dimensional storage pallet has a strong tolerance and must be manufactured with virgin materials, which can resist violent impact, chemical corrosion, temperature, and humidity changes. If it is a three-dimensional storage pallet used in cold storage, it is also necessary to choose a special pallet for cold storage, so that the service life of the pallet will be longer.
