First of all, plastic pallets should be protected from the sun to avoid aging the plastic and shorten the service life, and it is strictly forbidden to throw goods on the plastic pallet from a height. Reasonably determine how the goods are stacked on plastic pallets. Place the goods evenly, don't stack them together, stack them eccentrically. It is strictly forbidden to throw plastic pallets from a high place or from a low place to a high place to avoid breaking and cracking of the pallet due to violent impact.

Secondly, when hydraulic trucks and forklifts use the pallet, the distance between the fork teeth should be as wide as possible to the outer edge of the fork inlet of the pallet, and the fork depth should be greater than 2/3 of the depth of the entire plastic pallet. In actual operation, it is necessary to maintain a constant speed to advance and retreat and up and down to avoid sudden brakes and sudden rotations that may damage the pallet and cause the goods to collapse. The fork teeth should not hit the side of the pallet to avoid breaking or cracking the plastic pallet.

Thirdly, when stacking pallets, the stacking of goods should be flat, so that the bottom surface of the plastic pallet is evenly stressed, so as to avoid the plastic pallet from being broken due to excessive deformation of the plastic pallet. When placing plastic pallets on the shelf, keep the plastic pallet stable on the shelf beam. The length of the plastic pallet should be greater than the outer diameter of the shelf beam by more than 50mm.
In addition, it should be used in accordance with the technical indicators (dynamic load capacity, static load capacity) of the plastic pallet, and do not exceed the load-bearing indicator of the plastic pallet.
