Plastic pallets are made of PE and PP plastic raw materials for injection molding, assembly molding and welding molding. They are durable, impact-resistant, moisture-proof, insect-proof, anti-corrosion, toughness, and convenient to use. They are non-toxic and environmentally friendly products, suitable for storage, transportation, and logistics. , Packaging and other industries.
Normal use method of plastic pallet:
Room temperature: It has good heat resistance. The heat distortion temperature of the product is usually 110℃, and the embrittlement temperature is -35℃.
Note: The forklift is in place, the force is average, the dynamic load is 1-1.5 tons, and the static load is 5 tons. The four feet of the forklift shall not collide with other objects when the forklift is dragging.

Protection: Except that it is not easy to contact with concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid, it is easy to corrode. It is relatively stable to other chemical reagents, and it is prone to aging in contact with copper. Brutal operation, uneven force, impact, exposure to the sun, and no repairs are prohibited.
If the above operations are damaged within one year, the products will be exchanged. If the product is damaged due to improper operation, it is not within the scope of exchange.
Plastic pallet materials
PP material, called polypropylene in Chinese, has good chemical properties, its strength and elasticity are higher than HDPE, good bending resistance, and good heat resistance. The melting point is 164-170℃, and the product can be at a temperature above 100℃. For disinfection and sterilization, the heat distortion temperature can usually reach 180°C, and the embrittlement temperature is -35°C. The chemical stability is very good. In addition to being corroded by concentrated acid and concentrated nitric acid, the reaction is relatively stable when encountering other chemical reagents. Polypropylene has good insulation properties. Since it hardly absorbs water, the insulation performance is not affected by temperature.
Disadvantages of polypropylene (PP)
The shrinkage rate is large, thick-walled products are easy to dent, the impact strength is poor at low temperature, the static electricity is high, and it is easy to age in contact with copper, and is very sensitive to ultraviolet rays.
HDPE, the Chinese name is high-density polyethylene, the advantages of high-density polyethylene:
Good impact resistance and cold resistance, better chemical stability, good oil resistance, extremely small water absorption, low water permeability, high organic vapor transmission rate, good insulation, better dielectric properties in all frequency ranges Excellent,
Advantages of HDPE:
The use temperature of HDPE is not high, generally below 110°C. HDPE has poor aging resistance. Under the action of the atmosphere, sunlight, and oxygen, it will gradually become brittle, and its mechanical strength and electrical conductivity will decrease. At the molding temperature, it will be oxidized. And cause viscosity drop, discoloration, and streaks
Load requirements
1. Dynamic load refers to the large weight that can be lifted by an electric forklift or manual hydraulic pallet truck at one time. Generally, a light pallet has a dynamic load of 0.5T, a standard pallet can carry 1T, and a heavy pallet can carry 1.5T-2T;
2. Static load refers to the heavy weight that the bottom plastic pallet can bear in the stack. General light-duty pallets can carry 1T static load, standard pallets can carry 4T, and heavy-duty pallets can carry 6T-8T;
3. Shelf load refers to the allowable larger weight of goods packaged in plastic pallets when placed on the shelf. The main difference between dynamic load and static load. The difference in load capacity is closely related to the shelf structure, ambient temperature and storage cycle. General standards The pallet can bear 0.5T-0.6T when the shelf is loaded, and the heavy-duty pallet can bear 0.7T-1T.
4. Shelf loading has certain requirements for the deflection of plastic pallets. The national standard for deflection is 30mm, but this standard is obviously wider. We recommend using plastic pallets with a deflection not exceeding 20mm on the shelves. If it is an automatic stereo library, the requirements for deflection are more stringent, generally within 10mm.
